Participation > Registration Rules

You are interested in participating to FIC 2023? Here are the steps to follow: 

1)   If you want to participate AND to submit a paper or a poster

• You need to login

• Deadline to submit abstracts: Sunday November 14th, 2022 on the website Registration

Only completed abstract will be examined. 

• On December 15th, 2022, you will be notified whether your abstract/poster is accepted or not. 

• To formally register, you will have to fill in the form on the website Registration before  February 15^th, 2023 and to pay the registration fee*. You will receive a receipt.

2)   If you want to participate to FIC 2023

• You need to login

• Complete the form and pay the registration fee*  before February 15^th, 2023. You will receive a receipt.

*Registration Fee

• 50€
• Free for all students, for all members of PADDLE project, for all members of IUEM

Registration includes

• lunch breaks during the conference 
• participation to 1 cocktail and 1 social dinner

Registration does not include

• accommodation
• personal expenses
• travel expenses (to Brest and during the conference)
• dinners outside the social dinner
